■Role overview
Partner with operations to drive strategic decision-making for the logistics network. You will be responsible for manage controllership, analyze performance metrics, and lead cost-reduction initiatives through advanced data analysis and business partnering.

■Main tasks include:
・Direct monthly close processes for transportation spending and ensure controls.
・Monitor operational metrics to drive continuous process and cost improvements.
・Champion technology and automation projects within the finance function.
・Partner with operations to identify delivery upgrades and savings opportunities.
・Audit financial data accuracy to ensure rigorous controllership and reporting.
・Provide quantitative analysis for network design and capacity planning decisions.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Must have
・7+ years of experience in financial analysis or management
・Proven ability to solve complex problems using data and metrics
・Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
・Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

■Nice to have
・Experience with large-scale data mining tools such as SQL
・MBA or professional certifications like CPA, CIMA, or ACCA
・Background in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain finance
・Experience working in diverse and inclusive global environments
