■Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and resourceful Financial Manager to lead planning/forecasting exercises, analyze the impact of existing programs, root cause issues as they come up, identify and quantify opportunities for cost savings, and partner with internal stakeholders to help to increase efficiency and transparency of our financial reporting processes.

■Main tasks include:
・Direct end-to-end financial planning and reporting for fulfillment networks.
・Deliver sophisticated analytical insights and commentary for executive decisions.
・Perform deep-dive variance analysis on operational costs and profitability.
・Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and quantify new business initiatives.
・Lead strategic projects to streamline reporting and increase transparency.
・Coordinate with local and global finance leaders to align long-term goals.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Must-have
- BS degree, or BA degree
- 7+ years relevant experience in positions that require analysis and reporting financial results
- Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
- 7+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Excel (index, lookups, sumifs, pivots, standard deviation, database connections)
- 7+ years of experience working in a business partnering role
- Business English Level

■Nice-to-have
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
