As they scale their flagship operations in Japan, they are looking for a forward-thinking Head of Finance to serve as a pivotal business partner to the leadership team.

【The Mission】
In this role, you won't just "manage the books"—you will shape the financial backbone of a retail giant. You will lead the integration of Japan’s financial strategy with a global vision, driving EBITDA expansion and building data-led frameworks for sustainable performance.

• Strategic Advisory: Partner with Retail and Operations leaders to drive data-driven investment cases and expansion strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Lead annual operating plans, roll out rolling forecasts, and spearhead weekly business reviews with global HQ.
• Digital Transformation: Oversee the implementation of advanced ERP systems and real-time analytics dashboards to automate insights.
• Financial Stewardship: Ensure robust governance, from optimizing working capital and treasury management to overseeing high-level audits and tax compliance.
• People Leadership: Mentor a high-performing local team while aligning Japanese practices with global finance standards.
