■Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager (PdM), Payments to drive the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and delivery of company's critical global payments platform. This role involves owning the strategy, key integrations, and strategic profit contribution across Japan and our rapid international expansion

■Key Responsibilities
・Define global payment vision and roadmap for Japan and Internationally.
・Optimize costs, pricing, and financial performance for profit.
・Own PCI compliance, security, and fraud/risk management.
・Lead E2E agile delivery of high-volume payment solutions.
・Drive decisions and prioritization via data/financial modeling.
・Bridge Engineering, BizDev, CS, and external partners.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5 + years of product-management experience shipping B2B2C SaaS products with a track record of launching high-scale, high-transaction volume products
・3+ years in payments, Multi-currency environments and local acquiring, digital wallets and risk.
・Focused on Net Revenue and Conversion Uplift.
・Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution.
・Data-driven decision making and financial modeling.
・Bilingual (Japanese & English)

■Preferred
・Strong understanding of how API-first platforms enable AI/Automation agents.
・Familiarity with AI technologies and applying AI to fintech solutions.
・Experience working with Data Science or ML engineers is a huge plus.
・Hospitality, travel, fintech, or e-commerce domain expertise.
