■Role Overview
You will be responsible for financial accounting, SPC reporting (JGAAP/IFRS), and budget control for development and asset management projects. This role involves close coordination with global and regional finance teams to ensure accurate management reporting.

■Main tasks include:
・Monthly closing (JGAAP/IFRS)
・SPC budget & cash management
・Tax compliance & vendor management
・Management reporting & analysis
・Global/Regional coordination
・Debt & capital structuring

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Mandatory】
・Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Professional finance/accounting experience
・Business level Japanese and English
・Knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS

【Preferred】
・Big 4 or MNC experience
・Real estate SPC knowledge
・Boki 2nd grade or CPA
・Analytical & proactive mindset
