■Role Summary
The Senior Data Analytics Specialist optimizes delivery operations through data-driven insights.

By analyzing massive datasets to support strategic decision-making, you will enhance service quality, efficiency, and scalability using SQL/BI tools while collaborating with leadership to accelerate business growth.

■Your Responsibilities
* Conduct data analysis on delivery operations, monitor KPIs, and propose strategic improvements.
* Perform data extraction and processing using SQL and visualize insights through BI tools (Tableau, etc.).
* Support the design of data-based incentive programs and performance enhancement initiatives.
* Identify operational challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and formulate effective countermeasures.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with executive management, sales teams, and global headquarters logistics units.
* Maintain and improve data quality while standardizing reporting processes.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Minimum Qualifications:
* 5–9 years of professional experience in data analytics, operational analysis, or business intelligence.
* Practical expertise in data extraction and processing using SQL.
* Proficiency in building dashboards and data visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong analytical ability to derive actionable insights from data to solve business problems.
* Business-level English proficiency is mandatory (Japanese or Korean skills are a plus).

■Preferred Qualifications:
* Analytical experience in food delivery, ride-sharing, or gig economy services.
* Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments.
* Data analysis skills using Python or R.
* Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
