■Your Responsibilities:
* Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-driven testing platform.
* Conduct deep user discovery and research to identify critical pain points and market opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
* Prioritize the product backlog based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
* Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to maintain a strategic industry advantage.
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and growth.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product strategy clearly across the global organization.
* Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the product management team.

経験・スキル

[Who We Are Looking For]
* 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B SaaS or developer tools.
* Proven track record of leading the full product lifecycle from initial discovery to global launch.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional, distributed teams.
* Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and high-growth startup environment.
* Business-level English and Japanese (required for internal and external communication).
