【Role Summary / 期待役割】

We are seeking a visionary Technology Leader to drive the software engineering strategy underpinning a major digital and AI transformation.

As the Software Dev Engineering Lead, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the technology roadmap and the implementation of modern customer experiences.

This is a high-impact role requiring a "True Technologist" capable of conducting peer reviews of solution designs and code, rather than a traditional project manager.

You will lead a distributed organization of up to 50–60+ professionals, including analysts, engineers, QA, and SREs.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ 10+ years of experience leading large software engineering teams (50+ scale preferred), preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, or Tech domains.

■ Technical Depth (Critical): Must be a seasoned engineer/developer, with extensive hands-on experience with: Cloud Native Patterns, Microservices Architecture, Web/Mobile Apps, and API Design & Development.

■ Proven ability to drive digital transformation, specifically cultural transformation within engineering teams (moving from Waterfall to Agile/DevOps).

■ Language / 言語力:
・Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
・Business Level English.
