■Role Overview
Responsible for CRM strategy, you will lead data-driven engagement and LINE initiatives. Also, managing a specialized team to drive digital transformation.

■Main tasks include:
・Develop B2C CRM strategies
・Execute LINE engagement plans
・Lead 1-to-1 & 1-to-many CRM
・Analyze data-driven insights
・Manage a team of two staff
・Collaborate with Digital teams
