We are seeking an experienced System Architect / Solution Architect to join our Loyalty Platform project team.

As a Solution Architect, you will be the key link between application architecture, and our client-specific loyalty platform.

This includes:
• Translate business architecture into technical solutions.

• Identify gaps between platform capabilities and customer requirements.

• Define interface specifications and align with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Mentor developers and foster architectural thinking across the team.

• Collaborate in a multicultural environment, including native Japanese colleagues and global teams.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】

■ Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.

■ Technical Depth: Stong understanding of Java, JEE, Spring, SpringBoot, REST, Hibernate, and AWS.

■ Integration Expertise: Proven track record in SaaS integration and complex interface definition.

■ Language / 言語力: Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent); Business-level English (Global communication).

■ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical business leaders.

【Preferred Requirements / 歓迎要件】
・Domain knowledge in Loyalty, Airline, or Banking sectors.

・Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

・Familiarity with CRM / ERP integrations.
