■Role Overview
You will spearhead the FP&A activities for the E-commerce division, serving as the primary liaison between local business units and global headquarters.

By bridging the gap between brand goals and global financial standards, you play a pivotal role in driving the profitable growth of our high-growth digital sector.

■Main tasks include:
・Prep budgets and monitor data
・Report financial results for EC
・Liaison with NY/regional offices
・Support business decisions
・Track CAPEX and assets
・Ensure USGAAP/SOX compliance

経験・スキル

【Required】
・Minimum 5 years experiences in finance experience.  
・Knowledge of Japan/US GAAP &reporting requirements 
・Japanese and English business skills.
・Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to work cross functionally. 
・Proven management of critical deliverables
・Highly motivated, committed & results oriented 
・Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues 
・Leadership ability as well as the characteristics needed to establish and develop an active pipeline to continually attract strong talent
