■Position Overview
Lead the technical direction of the "Coach" team within the engineering organization. You will drive the enhancement of the development team through high-quality coding, mentorship, and strategic technology selection.

・Lead architecture and tech selection
・Ensure quality via code reviews
・Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
・Improve team development productivity

経験・スキル

■Required skills/experience
・5+ years of web development experience
・Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
・Experience with AWS or GCP
・Business level English or higher
