• 新規顧客アカウントを自主的に開拓する
• 板金プレス加工のワークフロー全体をカバーするソフトウェアモジュールを追加し、既存のOEMアカウントの拡大を積極的に推進する
• 既存顧客との関係を維持・強化する
• 顧客課題を構造化、ストーリー化できる
• 長期伴走型のアカウントマネジメントの経験
• 顧客アカウントの文書化（組織構造、プロセス、将来のビジネスチャンス、技術開発）
• 主要顧客とのバリューエンゲージメントに基づく営業活動

•Independently develop new customer accounts
•Actively pursue expansion of existing OEM accounts with additional SW modules to cover the entire workflow in sheet metal stamping
•Maintain and improve relationship with current customers
•Ability to structure and create stories about customer issues
•Experience of long term and supportive account management
•Documentation of customer accounts (organizational structure, processes, future business opportunities & technology development)
•Value Engagement Sales activities with key and major accounts

経験・スキル

• 自動車業界（OEM、Tier1、Tier2）または関連業界で技術・製造プロセスの基本知識
• CAE/PLMなどの製造系ソフトウェアの営業経験
• 日本国内のマーケットや文化への理解　（特に自動車業界におけるボディエンジニアリング）
• 顧客課題を構造化できる能力
• 長期伴走型アカウントマネジメントの経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力、そして関係構築能力を有すること
• 非常に要求の厳しい市場において、複雑な製品の取引／契約を締結できる能力
・英語に抵抗のない方

• Basic knowledge of technical and manufacturing process in the automotive(OEM, Tier1, Tier2) or related industry
• More than 5 years experience of sales activities of CAE/PLM softwares
• Must possess excellent understanding of the Japanese market & the work culture（Especially Body Engineering in the automotive industry）
• Ability to structure and create stories about customer issues
• Experience of long term and supportive account management
• Should possess good communication, presentation & relationship building skills
• Ability to “close” deals/contracts for complex products in a very demanding market
