- Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese users, managing and resolving IT incidents and change requests related to tour and retail operations.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for both hardware and software issues, including system configuration and fixes.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams globally, external vendors, and partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Communicate clearly and provide timely progress updates to Japanese users, while also possessing the English proficiency to liaise with international teams.
- Support project teams with technical expertise and assist with system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance.
- Perform essential system maintenance, hardware management (including setup and asset tracking), and contribute to PCI compliance through regular audits.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and technical documentation, as well as deliver user training as needed.
- Be prepared to travel between physical locations and handle the physical movement of IT equipment.
