As a Software Developer, you will be a core member of the Commercial IT Applications team, driving the evolution of our cloud-based ecosystem.

- Full-Stack Development & Innovation: Design, build, and enhance scalable enterprise applications using .NET (C#), Java, and JavaScript.

- Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage applications within GCP or AWS environments, ensuring high availability through proactive monitoring and performance tuning.

- System Integration: Architect and maintain robust RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data flow between internal tools and platforms like Salesforce.

- End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the transition of features from code to production, including unit testing, supporting UAT/PAT, and managing release cycles.

- Global Collaboration: Act as a technical bridge between local business units, QA teams, and international offshore development partners.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and propose modernizations for CI/CD workflows and security practices.

経験・スキル

Technical Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

- Tech Stack: Proficiency in .NET/C#, Java, and JavaScript (HTML5), with strong database skills in MSSQL or MySQL.

- Cloud & API: Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on AWS or Google Cloud Platform, including RESTful API integration.

- Testing: Proven track record in the full testing lifecycle, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.

- Language: Business-level proficiency in Japanese (English is a plus but not required).

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Methodology: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipeline automation.

- Tools: Experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and version control systems like Git.

- Architecture: A solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and secure coding best practices.

- Soft Skills: A growth mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and the ability to work effectively within a diverse, multi-national team.
