【Role Summary】

As the IT Strategy & Performance Lead, you will join the Global IT Headquarters, reporting directly to the Office of the CIO.

Your primary focus will be establishing and operating a world-class performance management framework.

You will provide the IT leadership team and executive stakeholders with critical insights, data-driven analyses, and performance reports that drive efficiency and business value.

Beyond strategy, you will lead a dedicated team, mentoring talent and fostering a culture of excellence during a period of significant global IT transformation.

経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements】

■ Experience: 5+ years of experience within a large-scale IT department (100+ members) or a leading IT consulting firm.

■ Strategic Expertise: Proven track record in IT transformation and managing IT functional performance, including target setting and strategic alignment.

■ Performance Management: Hands-on experience designing and implementing Balanced Scorecards, CIO Dashboards, and comprehensive KPI frameworks for entire IT organizations or business units.

■ Language Skills / 言語力: Fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 level) and Business English (TOEIC 800+ equivalent) to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.
*Bilingual proficiency is required.
