■Role Overview
Lead corporate valuation, PPA, and financial modelling as a Project Manager for M&A and restructuring of OEMs and suppliers.

■Main tasks include:
・Evaluate business/equity value for M&A targets
・Tax valuation for group restructuring
・Execute PPA and impairment testing
・Value stock options and complex shares
・Build and review financial models
・Lead and manage projects as PM

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・3+ yrs valuation exp. (domestic/global)
・Lead experience as Project Manager
・Similar exp. at IB or PE funds

[Preferred]
・Business English (TOEIC ~800)
