■About the position
[Senior Manager] Real Estate Valuation

Execute domestic/cross-border asset valuations for M&A and restructuring. Support financial reporting (PPA), impairment tests, and audit reviews across real estate and movable assets.

■Main tasks include:
・Asset valuation for M&A deals
・PPA and impairment testing
・Real estate/movable assets valuation
・Expert support for audits
・Drafting reports and decks
・Research for proposals

経験・スキル

■Requirements
1. Practical experience in asset valuation at real estate appraisal offices, M&A advisory firms, consulting firms, or financial institutions
2. Experience in real estate development, brokerage, or related
3. Practical experience at PE funds
4. Equivalent experience to above 1–3

■Skills:
Required: professional mindset, teamwork, curiosity, analytical and logical thinking, PC skills (MS Office
required)

Preferred: real estate qualifications (e.g., real estate appraiser, licensed real estate agent), ASA or other asset
valuation certifications, basic English proficiency
