Data Analyst for Supply Chain Data - Supply Network Planning


About the Role:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our System Administration team. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of data science and global logistics, writing the code and managing the systems that keep our Life Science supply chain moving.

You will work with modern data architecture (SQL, Cloud, Palantir) to support demand and network planners worldwide. Your work will directly impact our ability to go to market, improving critical metrics like On-Time In-Full (OTIF), inventory performance, and fill rates.

What You Will Do:
System Administration & Scripting: Write, edit, and maintain programs that are critical to demand planning and network planning operations.

Data Architecture: Manage large datasets, interfaces, dashboards, and servers using expert-level knowledge of SQL Server, Google Cloud, and Palantir.

Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain visualizations (using tools like Qlik or Snowflake) that provide actionable insights to planners.

Global Collaboration: Work closely with planners and stakeholders worldwide to ensure continuous process improvement and global alignment.

Operational Impact: directly influence inventory health and service levels by optimizing the tools used for planning.

Who You Are:
We are looking for a self-starter who can work with little supervision in an international environment. You are a problem solver who is comfortable programming, participating in ideation meetings, and documenting your work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical Experience:
1+ years of programming experience in SQL, Python, KNIME, Qlik, and/or Snowflake.

Industry Experience:
1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or creating dashboards for supply chain operations.

Language Skills:
English (Above Business Level) is required. Japanese is a "nice to have," but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Programming, Computer Science, or Supply Chain Management.
