■About the position
[Manager] Financial Due Diligence

In the financial analysis department, you will engage in FDD and execution not as a provider of a single solution, but as a Deal Advisor who comprehensively solves client issues.

■Main tasks include:
・Financial due diligence related to M&A deals
・Financial analysis
・Support for preparation of carve-out financial statements, etc.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Experience in due diligence, financial analysis, and modeling (approx. 3 years or more)
・Experience in audit and accounting practice (approx. 3 years or more)
・Experience in accounting and management accounting at a business company (approx. 3 years or more)
・Those with similar industry experience to the above are also welcomed (approx. 3 years or more)
・Accounting qualifications and basic knowledge
・Knowledge and experience regarding business consulting, financial analysis, and modeling
・Client relationship skills and proposal ability

【Preferred】
・CPA or USCPA (Junior CPA is also acceptable) is preferred
