■Role Overview
[Manager] Real Estate / Asset Valuation

Responsible for valuation tasks for real estate, movable property, and intangible assets in domestic and cross-border M&A and business restructuring.

■Main tasks include:
・Asset valuation related to M&A and business turnaround
・Valuation for financial reporting purposes including PPA
・Valuation analysis and execution support
・Creation of valuation reports and hypothesis formulation
・Collaboration and cooperation with tax, legal, etc.
・Project coordination with DD and PMI teams

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must】
・Basic knowledge of financial statements (understanding of PL/BS/CF)
・Experience in financial analysis and modeling using Excel
・Fluent level Japanese/English proficiency

【Plus】
・Experience in valuation, M&A advisory, or FDD/FA operations
・Qualifications such as CPA (Japan), USCPA, or CMA
・Fluent English proficiency (for handling overseas projects)
