■Position
[Senior Manager] M&A for Financial Institutions / Financial DD & Valuation

■Main tasks include:
・Provision of M&A advice to financial institutions
・Execution of financial due diligence
・Enterprise valuation and calculation tasks
・Provision of FAS to general business companies
・Support for projects for PE funds
・Execution and management of projects

■Career Path
Even those inexperienced in M&A or finance can acquire specialized knowledge and experience through OJT.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Experience in audit or M&A advisory services
・Experience in financial due diligence or valuation
・Investment banking experience with financial accounting knowledge

【Qualifications】
・CPA (Japan) or USCPA
・Bachelor's degree or higher, proficient in English& japanese
