経験・スキル

・Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in IT vendor management, sourcing, or procurement-related fields.
・Experience managing the entire vendor lifecycle and performance governance.
Practical experience with the RFP process, commercial evaluation, and vendor selection.
・Extecsive experience in contract negotiation and contract operations with global vendors.
・High commercial/financial literacy, knowledge of license models, and experience in cost optimization and budget management.
・Language: Business-level or higher communication skills in both Japanese and English.

・ITベンダーマネジメント、ソーシング、購買関連分野での5〜10年の実務経験 。
・ベンダーライフサイクルおよびパフォーマンスガバナンスの一連の管理経験 。
・RFPプロセス、商業評価、ベンダー選定の実務経験 。
・グローバルベンダーとの契約交渉および契約運用の豊富な経験 。
・強い交渉力と関係構築力 。
・高い商業／財務リテラシー、コスト最適化・予算管理の経験 。
・契約文書、法務条項、コンプライアンス要求の理解 。
・語学力: 日本語・英語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力 。
