■Role Overview
Oversee strategy, buying, and product development across Retail, Wholesale, and EC channels.

■Main tasks include:
・Plan OTB budgets, SKUs, and costs
・Season buying & sales data analysis
・Develop Japan-exclusive products
・Optimize inventory across all channels
・Liaison with HQ & quality control
・Team management & cross-functional collab

経験・スキル

[Mandatory]
・MD experience in fashion industry
・Buying and numerical management skills
・Business level English (Japanese) or higher
・Team management experience
