■About The Company
Our client has over 6,000 strategy consultants in more than 50 countries, leading projects that bring transformation to our clients' businesses.

They are challenging diverse issues with a new structure that integrates sector knowledge and strategic functions.

■Responsibilities
・Arrangement and advice on dialogue with institutional investors (IR/SR):
・IR Meeting Support: Identifying promising institutional investors for efficient IR activities (Targeting).
・SR Meeting Support: Arranging SR meetings and summarizing key dialogue points for each institutional investor.

　●Support for securing shareholder confidence at the General Meeting of Shareholders:

　・Predicting the maximum opposition vote rate for proposals submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders, based on the current governance structure and management performance, to secure confidence from institutional shareholders.
　・Proposing governance improvement plans, as necessary.
　・Post-General Meeting of Shareholders, if a certain amount of opposition is gathered, identifying the institutional investors who voted against and the reasons for their opposition, and proposing an improvement plan.

　●Support for activist and hostile takeover defense:
　・Monitoring the status of shareholding by activists/strategic buyers in your company.
　・Supporting response when contact or demands are made by activists/strategic buyers.
　・Consulting towards realizing the ideal state supported by the capital market.

■Selection Process
Interview rounds: 2 to 3 times
Aptitude tests and case interviews may be conducted depending on the target rank.

■Required Knowledge/Experience
・Logical thinking skills
・Individuals with consulting experience and project management experience in any of the following areas:
・Project experience in M&A strategy formulation, business development policy formulation, business reform, overseas expansion strategy projects, global strategy projects, PMI, etc.
・Experience in business valuation related to business investment in a corporate business investment division or investment firm.
・Project management experience related to PMI such as operational integration accompanying corporate integration, or experience in business reform projects such as operational process reform.
・Stock valuation/voting rights.

■Preference will be given to those with the following experience:

・Work experience at a consulting firm, investment fund, or investment bank.
・Work experience as a financial (investment) related media or researcher.
・Corporate sales experience (B to B).
・Project management skills: Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
・Ability to handle global projects (understanding of multi-culture), experience with borderless M&A projects, etc.
・High language proficiency (English skills).
