■Role Overview
Lead the implementation of the Integrated Work System (IWS) . You will drive performance improvement, zero-loss culture, and capability building to optimize safety, quality, and cost.

■Responsibilities
・Drive factory performance and productivity improvement
・Lead IWS implementation, standardization, and culture
・Identify loss opportunities and execute solutions
・Act as the main contact for global reporting
・Coach and train employees on IWS methodologies
・Manage SQCDME targets and pillar reviews

経験・スキル

[Required]
・Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
・Experience leading TPM/process improvement
・Working experience in FMCG manufacturing
・Business level English and Japanese
・Strong coaching and servant leadership skills

・Experience with P&G IWS methodology
