Our client is a major player in the digital services industry, responsible for developing and operating highly popular services like Point and Coupon systems. They are dedicated to maximizing the value of loyalty programs and contributing to a robust digital ecosystem, processing hundreds of thousands of transactions daily.

[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be instrumental in planning and overseeing projects. You will actively participate in daily team activities, manage projects efficiently for successful releases, and support the product manager in shaping the product roadmap and achieving team objectives.

Main tasks include:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Forecast and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Formulate and manage project budgets, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and execute resource allocation strategies for cost-effectiveness.
- Design and manage detailed project and operational plans based on product manager priorities.
- Provide regular project reports to various stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships and manage expectations with key stakeholders.
- Conduct projects using various best practices and standard methodologies.
- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify, assess, and execute response plans for project risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project approval processes.
- Respond to and resolve troubles, including creating reports and implementing recurrence prevention measures.

経験・スキル

- Over 5 years of practical project management experience, covering the entire project lifecycle.
- Experience with release, maintenance, and troubleshooting for 24/7 internet services.
- High communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ownership to drive projects and commit to results.
- Proficiency in Agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Ability to effectively utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and identify root causes of problems.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects is a plus.
- Technical background as a web service system developer or experience creating system documentation is a plus.
- Experience in a global development environment is a plus.
- Business-level English language skills (e.g., TOEIC 800+).
