[Role & Responsibilities]
As a Senior Java Backend Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and operation of the web system backend for merchant services (RMS). You will take on project and technical leadership responsibilities, guiding a team to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

[Main tasks include]
- Lead system design, implementation, testing, and release for development projects.
- Manage operational tasks, including responding to inquiries, investigating issues, and resolving troubles for both consumers and merchants.
- Actively contribute to the design phase, translating business requirements into technical solutions while considering the existing system architecture.
- Oversee and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Build and manage applications utilizing asynchronous processing.

経験・スキル

- Java development experience with Springboot or PlayFramework (7+ years).
- Knowledge and experience with databases and system infrastructure (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra, Couchbase, Docker).
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Proven experience in actively taking responsibility during the design phase.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience building and managing applications with asynchronous processing.
- Experience developing and operating large-scale, high-traffic systems.
- Experience in production alert handling and troubleshooting.
- Experience leading a team of approximately five members as a Project Lead or Tech Lead.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English communication.
