■About our Client
A global pharmaceutical leader creating innovative medicines in areas like oncology and immunology, dedicated to patient care worldwide.

■Role Overview
As a Finance partner for the Plant in Kobe area, this role leads FP&A activities, supports strategic decision-making through budget management, and oversees procurement operations to ensure efficient plant management.

■Main tasks include:
・Leading mid-to-long-term strategic and business planning
・Managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets and financial reporting
・Supporting plant management decision-making with analysis
・Leading business case analysis for new capital investments
・Developing procurement strategies and vendor negotiations
・Managing procurement operations with a dedicated staff

経験・スキル

■Required Skills:
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English
presentation/communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build credibility and influence business
partners to achieve goals
• Knowledge of finance and accounting(approximately 3 years of work experience is a guideline)

■Preferred Knowledge, Experience, and Certification:
• Experience in corporate planning, finance, or
accounting in multinational companies, or experience
in consulting/audit firms
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel(e.g., experience in
financial modeling)
• Project management experience
• Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or any ERP
• Degrees or qualifications such as MBA, CPA
