■Role Overview
As an FP&A Consultant, you will engage in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) transformation focused on ZBB, ROIC/KPIs, SCM/HR integration, and future resource definition.

■Responsibilities
・Support for advancing budgeting processes based on Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB).
・Implementation of medium- to long-term performance management.
・Support for implementing ROIC management and KPI management.
・Implementation of integrated management control with SCM/HR collaboration.
・Defining the future state of FP&A and required human resources.

経験・スキル

■ Senior Manager / Manager
Required Skills and Experience

· Consulting/SIer/Corporate Planning/Management Control experience.
· Implementation experience in FP&A (ZBB, budgeting, KPI management, etc.) or EPM (Tagetik, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.).
· 5–7 years or more of experience in the above areas.

■ Preferred Skills and Experience
· Experience in "upstream" work such as accounting/performance management system conceptualization.
· Japanese/English ability for explaining/negotiating with Global Management.
· Experience creating Mid-term Business Plans/Budgeting Guidelines.
· Project experience with Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, etc. (especially Tagetik).
· Project Manager experience in ERP (SAP/EBS, etc.) implementation.
· Knowledge of accounting standards (J-GAAP, USGAAP, IFRS), CPA or USCPA (including partial passers).

■ Senior Consultant / Consultant
Required Skills and Experience

· 3 years or more of consulting/system implementation experience in accounting/finance at a consulting firm/SIer.
· OR, 3 years or more of experience in accounting practice/budget management/corporate planning at a corporate Planning/Management Control/Production Control department.
· OR, 3 years or more of experience as a user of ERP/EPM for accounting or budget management practice.

■Preferred Skills and Experience
· Enthusiasm for challenging new things.
· Practical experience working cross-departmentally.
· Passion for business reform using IT.
· Basic skills such as hypothesis building, problem-solving, and communication.
· English proficiency (TOEIC 700+).
· Experience building budget management systems using EPM (Anaplan, Tagetik, etc.)/BI tools/Excel.
