Lead mid-to-long term brand strategy and communication plans to maximize sales, brand value, and profit within the vision care market.

■Main tasks include:
・Develop mid-long term strategy
・Plan cross-channel comms
・Manage A&P budget & forecast
・Analyze market & competitors
・Optimize pricing & SKU mix
・Collaborate with Sales/Ops

経験・スキル

[Required]
・3-7 years of marketing experience, has experienced in product development and preferably with brand marketing.
・Marketing Communications within the Manufacturing Industry
・Prior experience as a Brand Manager in a multinational organization.
・OTC marketing in Pharmaceutical industry, Consumer Goods industry or Cosmetics industry
・University degree, preferably MBA or marketing-related

[Preferred]
・Strong analytical & financial skills.
・Effective verbal & written communicator and presenter to connect across various departments.
