■Position Summary
Operate KGI/KPI-based strategic budgeting to drive growth. As a strategy partner, identify issues via quantitative and qualitative data to support management's mid-term execution and strategic decisions.

■Job Description
・Data analysis support for company/business strategy planning
・Designing, operating, and monitoring organization/KPI trees
・Planning and execution of company-wide projects (e.g., performance)
・Data collection, visualization, and analysis (SQL / BI tools)
・Issue identification, hypothesis, and improvement proposals
・Creating management reports and designing PDCA meetings

■Requirements
・Ability to aggregate and analyze data using SQL
