Seeking a CFO Candidate to lead financial strategy at a global Web3 x IP company.

■ About the Company
An innovative, global company leading the Web3 industry. They are creating the future of the industry with numerous original projects.

■ Position Overview
This is a position to lead financial strategy as a future CFO. You will drive management decisions through financial/management accounting and corporate planning. You will comprehensively manage IFRS, governance, and capital policy to maximize corporate value.

■ Responsibilities
・Overall supervision of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (Japan GAAP / IFRS).
・Designing reporting materials for management and the parent company.
・Supporting management decision-making through PL/BS/CF analysis.
・Building a profitability management system for each business division and project.
・Designing and operating the mid-term management plan and budget formulation process.
・Conducting financial simulations related to business growth and investment.
・*Includes management of accounting, cash management, and treasury operations.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Required (MUST)
・Ability to identify and organize accounting issues when new events occur and take ownership through to financial closing.
・3+ years of experience in accounting and treasury operations at a business company.
・Daily conversational level English (no aversion to using English).
・Business level Japanese or higher.

■ Preferred (WANT)
・Experience in internalizing financial closing operations.
・CPA qualification or accounting knowledge equivalent to Boki Level 1.
・Knowledge or experience related to Web3.
・No resistance to new systems.
・Work experience at both large corporations and startups.
・Work experience at a Fintech company.
・Experience in corporate planning.
