■Position Overview
We are looking for a System Test Engineer to drive V&V for Autonomous Driving. You will manage test campaigns to ensure systems meet all specifications and customer expectations. Working with cross-functional teams, you will define test plans and oversee V&V execution, playing a critical role in developing production-ready software.

■Responsibilities
・Set up Test Management for Autonomous Driving
・Lead efforts for test execution
・Collaborate with system development teams
・Define verification and validation plans
・Utilize testing methodologies and tools
・Conduct functional, non-functional, regression tests

経験・スキル

■Requirements:
・Strong understanding of automotive systems (e.g., ADAS, infotainment, powertrain)
・Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools
・Experience with HIL and SIL testing
・Experience in in-vehicle testing
・Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
・Strong communication and collaboration abilities

■Nice to have;
・Min. 5 years V&V testing experience
