■Position Overview
As a Jr.-Mid Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of one of our B2B sales enablement products. The role requires delivering high-quality products with agility and efficiency, working across our full-stack environment.

・Product design and development
・End-to-end feature implementation
・Operation and maintenance of products
・Full-stack development (FE, BE, DB)
・Collaborate with stakeholders

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required skills/experience
・1+ years of experience in product development
・End-to-end engineering process experience in a single product, from design and development to operation and maintenance
・Proven full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, database, and cloud
・Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
・Passion for continuous reflection and improvement

■Nice-to-have
・Experience in designing, building, and operating architectures on AWS
・Development experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
・Knowledge of design principles that enhance software scalability and maintainability, such as SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
・Familiarity with ShapeUp or Agile processes.
