Join a leading global asset manager as Senior Financial Accountant. Financial services experience is not required.

■About our client
A leading, Europe-based global asset management firm providing innovative financial solutions to a wide range of clients through its extensive global network.

■Position Overview
Main duty of this position is to support the
head of accounting to build rigid financial statements in both JGAAP and IFRS basis. This position requires a good level of understanding of regulations both accounting and tax.

■Responsibilities
• Daily accounting operations (journal entries, AP/AR)
• Support for monthly and annual closings
• Assistance in preparing financial statements (BS/PL)
• Expense reimbursement and payment processing
• General administration tasks (office/vendor management)
• Reporting to overseas teams (using English)

経験・スキル

■Mandatory
・-Business-level Japanese is required, but conversational English is ok (e.g., good with reading and writing, but limited speaking OK)
・Internet and MS Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills with counterparts in other countries
・Discretion and sense of confidentiality
・Experience in Accounting for 2 to 3 years.

■Nice to have:
・CPA (Japanese, US)
・Certified Tax Accountant
・Presentation skills
・Experience in multinational companies
・Experience in Oracle
・Basic IT knowledge
