[Role & Responsibilities]
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our applications and services. You’ll ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and secure, while continuously improving deployment pipelines and development efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and mobile engineering teams to optimize our cloud infrastructure, automate operations, and maintain a high standard of service availability.

Main tasks include:
- Manage and optimize AWS environments including EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, EKS, and more.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or CircleCI for automated deployments.
- Monitor, log, and alert on system performance using modern observability tools.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to improve application reliability and performance.
- Maintain strong security and compliance practices across systems.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency using automation and AI-based tools.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineer.
- Hands-on AWS experience deploying and managing production workloads.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Experience with Linux environments and containerization (Docker).
- Understanding of network fundamentals and cloud security best practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience with Kubernetes or ECS Fargate is a plus.
- Familiarity with observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) is a plus.
