■Position Overview
Support sales and vehicle service businesses in Japan. This involves data analytics, product design, and executing compliant financial services solutions with external partners and internal stakeholders. The role requires identifying new business opportunities in Financial Services.

■Responsibilities
・Identify, establish, develop Finance partners
・Execute innovative solutions via partnerships
・Align day-to-day business operations
・Support in-market teams to drive growth
・Setup and implement KPIs to monitor partners
・Coordinate with IT on integration projects

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・7+ years of experience in Financial Services
・Proven track record in partnership and project management
・Excellent communication, presentation skills and a strong negotiator
・Aptitude in problem-solving/data analytics (Proficient in Excel)
・Business-level written/verbal proficiency in Japanese and English
・Highly organized with attention to detail and flexibility to adapt
・A self-starter and proactive individual
・A team player able to collaborate across functions
