Business Consultant for Financial & Insurance Industries.

A global consulting and software integrator established in 2000, dedicated to transforming the financial and insurance industries through technology.

■Position Overview
Join an IT project team for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. You will coordinate or lead Agile implementation projects, conduct complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions, and mentor junior members.

■Responsibilities
・Join IT projects for financial institutions
・Coordinate/lead Agile implementation projects
・Lead business analysis, define requirements, design
・Act as Team Lead, PO, Scrum Master, or Architect
・Supervise analytical work across teams
・Build relationships with client leadership

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years in IT projects for finance/insurance
・4+ years of experience in specific insurance systems implementation
・Deep understanding of insurance/bank processes
・Experience in functional design of IT solutions
・Creative, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver
・Ability to ensure team's deliverable quality
・Demonstrated team management skills
・At least a bachelor’s degree
・Business level English (TOEIC 900+) and Japanese (N1+), comfortable collaborating with global teams
・Interest in supporting business development
