■About our client
Acquired by a major automaker, they seek innovators for impactful work at the forefront of the EV market, leading success for parent automotive company in a startup environment.

■Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for project planning, management, and achieving goals. Acting as a bridge between the parent automotive company’s business units and the team, you will ensure projects are completed within time and budget, leading complex projects efficiently.

■Responsibilities
・Build/develop the project team for max performance
・Lead projects from requirements definition to deployment
・Identify schedules, scopes, resource estimations
・Develop implementation plans, including risk mitigation
・Coordinate internal/external resources (scope, schedule, budget)
・Ensure compliance with quality standards

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Econ, Eng, CS)
・5+ years project manager work experience
・Software development experience
・Business level or higher Japanese skills (N1 level)
・Business level English skills
・Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills
・Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
・Analytical mindset (data-driven decisions)
