■Position Overview
In the growing music industry, this role is responsible for closing operations, audit support, and internal control development. You will drive the enhancement of the accounting framework to global standards by collaborating with the parent company and related departments.

■Responsibilities
・Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting to the parent company.
・Handle audits, including internal control design and improvement.
・Manage accounts receivable, fixed assets, and other accounting tasks.
・Troubleshoot accounting system issues.
・Collaborate with the IT department on system modifications.
・Develop new processes and review accounting treatments.

経験・スキル

■Required Abilities, Skills and Experiences
・Solid knowledge of accounting and finance (guideline: 5+ years, with experience in IFRS and Japanese GAAP).
・Experience in accounting processing using accounting systems.
・Proactive and willing to take on new challenges, capable of thinking and acting independently.
・Ability to think from various perspectives without being confined to existing methods.
・A cooperative team player with a personality geared towards achieving goals as a team.

■Nice To Have
・CPA, Certified Tax Accountant, or USCPA qualifications are welcome.
・Experience with accounting processing in major ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and related systems.
・Experience or knowledge in inventory management and cost accounting.
・Experience with SOX or J-SOX compliance.
・Business-level English proficiency.
・Project experience in areas such as accounting system implementation or process improvement.
・Tax-related experience.

■Required Qualification
・Nissho Bookkeeping Test Level 2 or equivalent knowledge.
