Lead a Development Team for a Major Payment Service as Engineering Manager.

■About the company
A leading Japanese FinTech company providing one of the nation's largest cashless payment services with millions of users. They aim to expand their financial services portfolio.

■Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our development teams. You will be responsible for driving the development of our mission-critical financial services by supporting member growth, building the team, making technical decisions, and improving the development process.

■Main tasks include
・People management of the development team (goals, reviews, growth).
・Hiring new engineers and team building.
・Driving and improving the agile development process.
・Supporting technical decision-making and architecture reviews.
・Collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders.
・Implementing initiatives to improve team productivity and skills.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Software development experience in web applications.
・Engineering team management experience.
・Knowledge and practical experience of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
・Experience designing/developing systems using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
・Project management or product management experience.
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
・Experience with large-scale services (Preferred).
・Experience in developing financial/payment systems (Preferred).
