Our client is a leading e-commerce platform in Japan, serving millions of consumers with a commitment to continuous improvement. Role:
As a Front-End Web Developer, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between design and implementation for Japan's largest e-commerce platform. You will translate UI/UX designs into functional code, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role involves working collaboratively with UI/UX designers and fellow engineers to define both the visual appearance and the functional behavior of the application. You will be at the forefront of building scalable, maintainable, automated, reliable, and cutting-edge systems, with your engineering skills constantly challenged.

Main tasks include:
- Designing, developing, testing, and releasing new and existing features as a core member of the project team.
- Resolving technical issues and ensuring the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of services.
- Implementing system improvements, including refactoring, selecting and introducing optimal technologies and architectures, and optimizing performance.
- Delivering high-quality features rapidly by understanding business requirements.
- Building reusable, flexible, and performant code and libraries for future use.
- Proactively bringing fresh ideas for system improvement, such as refactoring or adopting new technologies.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of front-end development experience using HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Web APIs (REST, JSON, CORS).
- Understanding and experience with parallel and asynchronous processing (AJAX, Promise, WebWorkers, WebSockets).
- Experience in software configuration management (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Experience in developing and maintaining unit tests and integration tests.
- Coding and review experience considering performance, maintainability, and security.
- Communication skills in English.
