[Role & Responsibilities]
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's e-commerce platform. You will act as a key point of contact for incident management and will coordinate efforts between various IT teams to resolve issues efficiently. Your primary focus will be on bridging communication gaps and facilitating the flow of information to maintain optimal platform performance.

[Main tasks include]
- Manage and coordinate incident resolution for the e-commerce platform.
- Liaise between different technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across international IT teams.
- Monitor platform performance and identify potential issues.
- Document incident management processes and outcomes.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Native fluency in Korean and business english level
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of their general functionality.
- Knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and data flow principles.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and online retail processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
