Leader to Oversee All Corporate Functions of a Rapidly Growing SaaS Company as CFO.

■About our client
A legal tech company founded by graduates of top-tier universities. It has grown rapidly without external funding, expanding its client base through word-of-mouth to include major law firms and renowned IT companies.

■Position Summary
As the Chief Officer, you will lead the establishment and continuous improvement of all corporate functions (finance, HR, general affairs, etc.) as our company enters its "second founding" stage of growth.

■Position overview
As the Chief Administrative Officer (or a candidate for the role), you will lead the development and continuous improvement of our entire corporate infrastructure.

■Responsibilities
・Oversee administrative departments including finance, accounting, tax, HR, and general affairs.
・Plan and manage mid-to-long-term business plans, budget formulation, and KPI settings.
・Manage various meeting bodies (Board of Directors, management meetings, shareholders' meetings).
・Design, improve, and support the execution of business management processes.
・Negotiate with funds.

・Business-level English proficiency (the ability to communicate smoothly with non-Japanese employees regarding internal policies and business operations).
