■Position Overview
As a Senior Principal Auditor (VP), you will lead complex audits of Corporate Bank business and operations functions in Japan and South Korea. Your primary role is to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls related to key business risks. You will also act as a coach for other auditors, fostering their development while proactively building consultative relationships with stakeholders.

This role offers broad learning opportunities across both Corporate and Investment Banking.

■Key Responsibilities
・Execute day-to-day operational audit work.
・Contribute to the delivery of audits in Japan/Korea.
・Potentially lead a team on individual audit assignments.
・Implement dynamic planning via Continuous Audits.
・Plan audits, document activity flows, and identify risks.
・Execute audit fieldwork and test key controls.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Sound audit experience in the Financial Services industry.
・Understanding of business, risks, and regulations.
・Experience leading complex audits of internal controls.
・Ability to lead day-to-day operational audit work.
・Able to work in virtual, global teams in a matrix setup.
・Strong communication skills, both oral and in writing.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
・Japanese: Business level proficiency or higher is preferred.
