Demonstrate leadership that supports business growth through both FP&A and Accounting.

■About our client
A famous European lifestyle brand providing high-quality, beloved products worldwide. This is a key role supporting Japan's business growth from a financial perspective.

■Position Overview
This management position leads the finance team. You will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, audits, and budgeting/FP&A. Through the management of a three-person team, you will support the continuous growth of the Japan business.

■Responsibilities
・Manage and oversee financial accounting operations.
・Ensure timely and accurate monthly/annual closings.
・Handle tax filings and audit responses.
・Develop and manage the annual budget process.
・Review monthly results and update full-year estimates.
・Manage and develop Finance team members (team of 3).

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required Skills
- University degree or higher, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- More than 10 years of Finance or FP&A experience
- Functional knowledge of IFRS
- More than 5 years of people management and leadership experience
- Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Advanced analysis data skills using Excel and/or Power BI
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Legal eligibility to work in Japan
- ERP system implementation experience will be a plus
