Senior Manager to oversee all accounting operations (closing, tax, treasury) at a Global Luxury Firm.

■About our client
A world-renowned Global luxury brand with a wide range of products including fashion, perfume, and cosmetics.

■Position Overview
A Senior Manager role overseeing all accounting operations (daily, closing, tax, treasury) to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. You will lead team management and process improvement.

■Responsibilities
・Oversee daily accounting (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury)
・Ensure timely month-end/year-end closings & reporting
・Manage tax compliance (corporate, consumption, etc.)
・Manage daily cash operations and cash flow forecasting
・Coordinate internal/external audits and liaise with auditors
・Lead, manage, and develop the accounting team

経験・スキル

■Education
・University degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics
・Japan or US CPA

■Experience
・Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting with International Accounting Standard practices
・Minimum 5 years of team management
・Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and I/C.
・Proficiency in finance software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa)
- Yearly closing, AP,AR,GL, fixed asset, treasury , tax
- ERP : SAP
- Statutory accounting, tax filling, team management

■Language
・Japanese proficiency is must
・English at business level (TOEIC score 800 and above)
