Lead the finance & accounting function for the Japan entity of a global manufacturer.

■About the company
A global leading company in industrial compressors, supporting global infrastructure with over a century of history and technology.

■Role & Responsibilities
As the head of finance and accounting for the Japan entity, you will oversee a wide range of operations including monthly/annual closings, budget management, cash management, and tax filing, while also being responsible for reporting to the Swiss headquarters.

■Main tasks include
・Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
・Manage budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
・Handle cash management and cash flow forecasting
・Manage tax filings (corporate, consumption tax)
・Conduct financial reporting to HQ in Europe
・Liaise with auditors and tax accountants

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Must have
・8-10 years of relevant work experience
・5+ years managing Finance for a small/mid-sized international firm
・Proficient in local statutory accounting, tax, and IFRS
・Business-level Japanese and English (written and spoken)
・Proficient with accounting systems/ERP & MS Office
・Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
・Hands-on finance/accounting mentality to support the team
・Works well independently and in a team; strong networking
・Can direct, support, and perform well under pressure

■Nice to have
・Experience in the MRO industry (equipment after-sales business)
