■Position Summary
As Deputy Director of the M&A team, you will be responsible for building the Transaction Advisory Services practice in Japan. This role involves driving business growth in collaboration with a global team of experts, focusing on bespoke insurance solutions for M&A deals.

■Responsibilities
・Build the Transaction Advisory Services practice in Japan.
・Develop relationships with law firms, PE houses, and banks.
・Provide insurance due diligence advisory for M&A processes.
・Deliver M&A solutions like Warranty & Indemnity insurance.
・Cross-sell other solutions
・Manage projects and liaise with clients and other advisors.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Corporate M&A experience from a leading law/advisory firm.
・Strong legal drafting and analytical skills for transactions.
・Superior communication and presentation skills.
・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Tax Accountant qualification.
・Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
・Ability to work effectively under pressure.
・Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
